1. What this site is

Enough.vote is a free, nonpartisan informational resource. We compile opt-out instructions for political contact platforms and provide a tool to help you build a personalized plan. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any relationship with any of the political organizations listed on this site.

2. Not legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Information about laws like TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and FCC regulations is provided for general educational purposes only. Laws vary by state and change over time. If you have a legal question about unwanted political contacts — especially if you are considering filing a lawsuit — consult a qualified attorney.

3. Accuracy of opt-out information

We make reasonable efforts to verify opt-out URLs and procedures before publishing them, and we update them when we discover changes. However:

—Political organizations can change their opt-out processes at any time without notice.
—A working opt-out process today may change, break, or be discontinued.
—We cannot guarantee that following these instructions will result in you being removed from a particular list.
—We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of third-party organizations in response to opt-out requests.

4. Acceptable use

By using this site you agree not to:

—Use opt-out instructions or templates to harass, impersonate, or harm third parties.
—Submit opt-out requests on behalf of others without their consent.

—Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular opt-out request will be honored by the receiving organization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enough.vote and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information contained herein. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from continued receipt of political contacts after following our guidance.

This site links to third-party websites (ActBlue, WinRed, DNC, RNC, FCC, etc.). These links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

8. Intellectual property

Organization names and acronyms (DNC, RNC, ActBlue, WinRed, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use here is purely referential and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
